San Vicente del Raspeig launches Phase I of the Public Road Signage Project
The San Vicente del Raspeig City Council has launched Phase I of the "Public Street Signage Project," an initiative aimed at improving urban road identification through the installation of new street signs and police numbers in different areas of the municipality.
This first phase of the project involves installing street signs in two formats: banners, placed perpendicular to the facade for better visibility from the street, and wall-mounted signs, ideal for narrow streets or areas with limited space. The new signs are designed with weather-resistant materials, with clear typography that is easy to read both day and night.
Along with these signs, police numbers (official residential and commercial numbers) are also being installed, with the aim of making it easier for residents and emergency, delivery, and logistics services to locate addresses.
Phase I will focus on neighborhoods where there is currently a greater need for renovation or a lack of signage, and is planned to be expanded in future phases to cover the entire municipality.
